DoLeaf

[Medium] From the first time Don showed photos of this hosta on the internet a few years ago, it became the desire of every hostaholic who laid eyes upon it…and now it is here! Round, deeply cupped leaves are moderately dimpled and an excellent blue color. Emerges solid, but an irregular golden flare soon develops through the center of the leaves. Hosta ‘Rhino Hide’ holds true to its name, as the leaf substance surpasses all other hostas…the ultimate in slug resistance. The origins of this plant are unknown, but it may be a sport of ‘Love Pat’. Rigid petioles form an upright mound about 20" tall and 30" across. White flowers are held just above the foliage in early summer. One of the most beautiful and exciting hostas to come along in some time. Will no doubt be in high demand and sure to sell quickly!
